 Tenuta di Seripa is composed by 2 separate buildings, the main and biggest one is divided into 7 rooms and the smallest one is divided into 2 apartments.
It is possible to book the entire villa with a capacity of 9 rooms (18+2 guests). |
 Apartments:
The two apartments of about 45 sqm have private entrance and access to a delightful private garden. Both apartments have fitted modern kitchen equipped with cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, utensils and linen. Each apartment is cosy and homely, and offers accommodation for 2-3 people with a double bed and a single bed and also en-suite bathroom. Each apartment also has air-conditioning, heating, and use of swimming pool during the summer time. |
 Villa Tenuta di Seripa:
In the main villa there are elegant rooms and suite with private terrace furnished with antique furniture making your staying comfortable, relaxing and make you feel at home. From the window you can enjoy panoramic view as well as perfume of nature. The villa is placed on two floors:
Ground floor: Composed by a huge and professional kitchen, a salon with patio (where we can serve almost 60 guests when there is a wedding ceremony or similar event) and a toilet just next to the salon. |
 First floor: There is a suite with large private terrace and private entrance. The room is furnished with antique Tuscan furniture, and a large bathroom with hydro-massage. On this floor there are other 2 double bedroom and 2 twin bedroom (we can put the beds together) each with its own en-suite bathroom. |
 Annex: Moreover, together with the main buikding there is an annex composed of an apartment for 2 persons with large room, kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Next to this apartment there is a double bedroom with small studio and en-suite bathroo. Both of them have private entrance and garden.

 Rooms:
Each of the rooms and the suite of the main building can be rented separately. All the rooms are slightly different from the other and decorated in a different colour and furniture. All the rooms are equipped with centralised air-conditioning and heating, Internet service. Further latex, anti-allergy mattress and 4 different type of pillows ensure complete comfort to our guests. |
