• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 3pm to 7pm.
  Check-out: before 9.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, if apartments are rented in B&B treatment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has separate outside entrance and has got a terrace or a garden belonging to it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The apartments can have TV on request (for a small extra charge).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Apartments can have a mobile phone on request (for a small extra charge).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we organise dinners together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Guests are free to use the swimming pool from May 1 to October 10, from 9:00 - 20:00.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
