• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week and includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and fresh towels.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors without a lift (elevator).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided. We change it each Saturday.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartment called Il Granaio has a lovely terrace overlooking Siena and the clay hills. This terrace is shared with the apartment next door.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV available on request in all the apartments
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, all the apartments have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, by the vineyards.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, uncovered parking is available on the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Hertz, Avis, Europcar available in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 800 meters from our property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 15 ectars of vineyards that belong to La Tenuta.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 70 km, Siena is 12 km and Pisa is 110 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Ville di Corsano is at 800 meters, Monteroni d'Arbia is at 10 km and Siena is at 12 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola Airport in Florence is at 70 km and Galileo Galilei Airport in Pisa is at 113 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, this can be arranged before your arrival.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Ville di Corsano 800 meters away from our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearesy railway station is Siena. It is at 12 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, diners can be cooked for you by a gourmet chef. moreover we can oganize cooking classes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
