• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment/per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, but available on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have not elevator.Most of our apartments are usually at the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are absolutely quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, most of our apartments have a private terrace or loggia.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Sometimes, rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our apartments are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv sat in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning and heating in in all apartments and included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet connection available in all apartments. Internet wireless area in the Reception lounge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an open air swimming pool. 8mt x 16mt. Open from mid May to end September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, an open air parking is available in the Estate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at Pisa Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are at 600mt away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Our apartments are among a private wine estate. POggio al Casone is a wine estate of the Castellani family.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Pisa 24Km Firenze 60Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest hamlet are Quattro Strade and Crespina.
  The biggest near town are Pontedera and Pisa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport(24 Km)is the closest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, it's an extra service available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  600mt in the hamlet of Quattro Strade. Bus service from/to Pisa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pontedera station is 8 Km away. Daily train to Florence and Pisa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have not a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. It's possible to reserve a private cook coming in your apartment to cook for you.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes and the internet connection is free of charge.
