• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the double rooms in our B&B, but please note that the price of the apartments do not include breakfast - although this can be requested upon payment. We offer a continental breakfast which includes: bred, pastries, ham and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee and tea, eggs.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included in the rental price, but charged on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but all extras ( meals and cleanings) have to be paid at the end of the stay in cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have no elevators. Some apartments are on ground floor, some on first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are peaceful and private.
  Each apartment has a private terrace and garden.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided. towels are changed on Wednesdays and Saturdays, linen only on Saturdays. we provide extra changes at extra cost.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our apartments have private terraces and private gardens with garden furnitures.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each apartment has a telephone with outside calling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each bedroom has air conditioning. Use is included in the rental price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Our Restaurant have a large terrace outside, where we offer fixed menus (closed on wednesdays and Sundays) upon payment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Area around reception is covered by wireless.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 20x8 meters and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car hire firms in Arezzo and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Bucine, only 4 Kms far frojm Tenuta Lupinari ( 10 minues driving) there are all needed facilities: : Supermarket Coop, banks, petrol station, post office, chemist, several shops, train station, restaurant.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are some independent vinyards in the area owned by small local farmers, but the most importants are in Chianti Classico region.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 60 Kms far, Siena is 35 Km far and Pisa is 140 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nearest town is Bucinew, 4 Kms far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci)is the nearest, but Rome (2.30 hours), Pisa and Bologna ( both 2 hours) airports are bigger.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange transfers on requets. price depends.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  No bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bucine (local trains from and to Arezzo, Roma, Firenze).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there are a number of gyms in the town. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  We have 2 dogs and one is a little jealous! Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have wireless connection all around the reception.
