• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full american breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival adding the eventual extras.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with but we have 3 rooms on the ground floor with handicap facilities.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we do have romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have three rooms with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have two rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in the room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in the apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is airconditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an Internet point, but we will get it in two months.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a beautiful swimming pool of 22,50X9Mt which is open in summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking but no garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have a partner for car rental just 1 km from us.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Pisa 30kms, Florence at 100kms,Siena is at 140km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa is at 30kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop 3Kms.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rossignano Solvay is at 4km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a relax corner with jacuzzi,sun shower and massages on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are accepted with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, a good restaurant named il grill della Tenuta.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we do not have a modem connection for the moment.
