 Dining room with fireplace, kitchen on ground floor with a second dining area on the top floor and a service kitchen at the upper level for convenience. Huge living room with panoramic view, air conditioning and fireplace. The tower is sourrounded by two terraces, one of which has been transformed into a splendid panoramic lookout, amongst the greenery of the garden, equipped with a few essential pieces of sporting gear and deckchairs. A wonderful private swimming pool will be at our guest disposal from the summer 2004. |
 It is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the wonderful sunshine, or after sunset, to enjoy the company of good friends and a glass of wine around the barbecue. The tower also has its own independent walking trail which leads directly on the sea, and its own private sunbathing deck, which gives the opportunity of private boat docking. |
 On request it's possible to have a beautiful boat trip along the Maremma coastline, discovering beautiful locations such as the Island of Elba and the Argentario. Guided tours to the historically important wineries in Bolgheri such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia, with wine tasting.
