• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 04.00 pm. to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 12.00 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We provide basic ingredients for breakfast (coffee, milk, bread, homemade jam, cereals). The apartments are self-catering and dispose of a well equipped kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the second (top) floor and there are about 30 steps. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Definitely yes. Although the apartment are in the historic center they are facing the countryside (no other buildings in the front).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Each rooms has a large panoramic window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartments are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv, but not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the property but at 10 min. walking distance.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, public pools are 4 km away.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking is available just in front of the house.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Chiusi, Siena, Florence, Rome.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 94 km, Siena 46 Km, Pisa 198 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 115 km.
  Rome, 182 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but this service can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  For local buses is just in fron of the house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi, 23 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is in Sant'Albino, 4 km.
• Are pets welcome?
  We love pets, but unfortunately the apartments are not suitable for them!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Restaurants, Osterias and cafés are few min away (walking distance).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
