 The apartments are about 80 sqm and they are located in the top floor of a XVIII sec. palace built on the highest part of Montepulciano.
Given the particular position, the apartment's large windows of the living room and the bedroom enjoy a stunning view over the surrounding countryside.
A complete renovation of the premises has been made in 2002 giving the accommodation a bright welcoming feel. |
 Apt. 1
The apartment 1 has a living room, one double bedroom a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate two persons but two sofa-beds in the living room can make it suitable for a family of four. The bedroom has double or twin bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped (except the dishwasher) with a four ring gas hob and electric oven, fridge, small freezer and vegetable cupboard and all the equipment you are likely to find in your own kitchen is here. |
 Apt.2
The apartment 2 is just next door to apartment 1, it shares the same view and the two can be connected through internal doors. The Apartment two has a large living room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms, one with a double (or twin bed) and the other with a four poster double bed, a fully furnished kitchenette and one bathroom with shower. It can accommodate four persons. |
