• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, every day except Sundays Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
  Sunday Check In is possible only prior agreement with us. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room, but no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. It is possible to make a phone call from the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in each room, it is seasonal (in winter there is heating) and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, only in the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a Hertz and an Avis office only five minutes walk.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 70 km far, Pisa is 20 Km far, Siena is 87 Km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have. There is an extra charge for that.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazzale Verdi (at S. Anna Gate) is the central bus station and it is only 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
