 Villa S. Andrea is part of the "Fabbrica -Santa Cristina" hunting reserve; for those whose love to walk or take bike rides the surrounding territory offers numerous itineraries in splendid, unspoilt, countryside and woodlands with their oak, holm-oak, acacia and cypress trees.
The farm produces Chianti Classico wines, IGT wines, extra-virgin and DOP olive oil, Grappa and Vinsanto. All of our guests have the opportunity to visit our historic wine cellars and the oil press and taste and purchase the wines and extra virgin olive oil we produce. |
 In the communal areas outside of Perticato & Montelodoli, all the guests can make use of the swimming pool, a barbecue, dining tables and chairs for eating 'al fresco' and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at Antico Podere Zobi has a private pool and garden.All guests can use the parking area for their cars. |
 For guests staying at the B & B of Sant Andrea the breakfast is included in the cost of the room. Guests in the apartments may take breakfast in the main villa at an extra fee. Breakfast is served in the dining room of the main building between 8,30 and 10 a.m.The dining room is very welcoming with its characteristic fire place. Adjacent to this is the guests' living room with television. Also the guests of the bed and breakfast can have use of a swimmingpool. |
 Weddings & Meetings: An unforgettable wedding in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The farmhouses and gardens offer an enchanting setting for a wedding banquet, and the ceremony itself can be performed, according to the Catholic rite, in our little church of S.Andrea. The estate has a dedicated meeting room for up to 40 Guests, where it is possible to work in complete tranquility. Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners can be provided. An ideal location for company meetings, conferences and workshops in enchanting surroundings. Our staff are at your disposition to help plan your event according to your requirements with the utmost professionality and discretion. |

And the location is perfect for exploring Tuscany and towns such as San Gimignano, Assisi, Arezzo, Montalcino and Montepulciano. You'll find a horse stable 8 km away, and tennis courts just 2 km away. The estate is located 3 km out of many little towns, where you can find pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, postal offices and several local restaurants and pizzerias. |
