Accommodations

 Villa S. Andrea offers different sleeping arrangements, accmmodation in either the main villa or in one of its three farmhouses, Perticato, Montelodoli or Villa Zobi. The bed and breakfast rooms are situated at the very centre of the farm, in an atmosphere that recalls past times. The farmhouses have been lovingly restored and converted into apartments, each with characteristic oak beam ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors. They are all furnished with traditional Tuscan rustic pieces and are fully equipped with modern comforts. The old Podere Zobi is a traditional, freestanding Tuscan country villa surrounded by a large garden with its own pool. |
 Villa S. Andrea's Bed & Breakfast:
The six spacious and light filled rooms are all elegantly furnished and offer views over the vineyards and the surrounding countryside. All the rooms have air conditioning, heating, television, mini fridge and the use of the private car park. |
 Perticato & Montelodoli Farmhouse Apartments:
The 'Podere Perticato' farmhouse is 2050 metres away from the hamlet of Fabbrica and at about 300 metres above sea level. From this fantastic hillside position there is a marvellous view over the hills of the Pesa valley, famous for its excellent production of Chianti Classico wine. The farmhouse itself has been converted into six bilocal and one trilocal apartments.
One of the bilocal apartments has access for Guests with disabilities. The 'Podere Montelodoli' farmhouse is 850 metres away from Fabbrica and is situated on the crest of a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. There are four bilocal and two trilocal apartments. Two of the bilocal apartments have access for Guests with disabilities. Adjacent to the farmhouse is a stone barn, recently restored, that serves as a meeting room, with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Each apartment has: Independent entrance, Bed and household linen, kitchen with utensils, crockery and cutlery. Electric appliances - dish-washer, microwave oven, toaster, food blender, lemon squeezer. Satellite TV, wall safe and autonomous central heating. |
 Bilocal - One Bedroom Apartments (2+2 Guests): These apartments have one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen.
Trilocal - Two Bedroom Apartments (3+2 Guests): This apartment has one double bedroom, one single bedroom, one bathroom with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen.
Trilocal - Two Bedroom Apartments (4+2 Guests): These apartments have two double bedrooms, one or two bathrooms with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen.
Quadrilocal - Two Bedroom Apartments (4+4 Guests): This apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, two large living room each with double sofa bed and kitchen. |
 Independent Villa Antico Podere Zobi:
Podere Zobi is a large, typical Tuscan country house (about 318 mq2), lovingly restored and equipped with all modern comforts. The house is surrounded by extensive gardens and has its own private swimmingpool. There is a barbecue and a veranda with tables and chairs for dining outside. Here our guests are able to relax in absolute tranquillity and privacy. The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests and its approximately 1200 metres away from the hamlet of Fabbrica. |
