• At what time can we check-in and out?
  If possible check-in during the afternoon.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, but we leave coffee, milk, jam, cakes at disposal for our guests (a little present for those who stay at least 1 week).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The three apartments are really quiet and private.
  The landscape in general as well as the house is romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Everything is provided, bring only towels for the swimming-pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a big private garden outdoor, at disposal wooden tables and chairs, children park with toys (in the shadow).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV in each apartment (no SAT channel yet).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dialling telephone at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in the apartment "Il Soppalco" - not necessary in the other two apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there isn't yet.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet/e-mail point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Foiano, Arezzo, Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small market at 2 km and a supermarket at 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 90 km.
  Siena: 50 km.
  Pisa: 170 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pozzo della Chiana: 2 km.
  Foiano della Chiana: 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence: 90 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Foiano della Chiana.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Foiano della Chiana.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a Jacuzzi (open in July and August).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
