Parking is included in the price. Cleaning service and linen change in the apartments, Classic Palagio and Executive Palagio rooms is done every 3 days and is included in the price. Additional cleaning service is available upon request for an extra charge. Sporting activities and access to the Spa (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Turkish Bath, access to the fitness room and ude of mountain bike) are included in the price of the standard, superior, deluxe guest rooms, Junior Suite, Suites and apartments. Sporting activities and access to the Spa (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Turkish Bath, access to the fitness room and use of mountain bike) are not included in the price of the Classic Palagio and Executive Palagio guest rooms and cost EUR 10,00 per person per day. Extra beds in the appartments cost EUR 60.00 per person, per day.
Breakfast buffet is included in the price of the standard, superior, deluxe guest rooms, Junior Suite and Suites. Breakfast is not included in the price of the Palagio guest rooms and the apartment and costs EUR 15,00 per person per day. |

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the "Your Reservations ". You can not cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID / NOT REFUNDABLE" 14 to 10 days before arrival 30% of the total 9 to 5 days before date of arrival 50% of the total 4 to 2 days before date of arrival 70% of the total From the first day of arrival NO SHOW100% of the total.
