Restaurant Sorgente Roveta: Located on the ground floor of the public spaces, this restaurant is the ideal place for an extraordinary dining experience. For the pleasure of tasting superb regional and national dishes only the finest and freshest products are used and the menu changes regularly to feature the season's best. Our highly professional staff will make the eating experience unforgettable. This charming and exclusive restaurant overlooking the Florentine hills can accomodate up to 60 seats indoor and 50 outdoor.

- Lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. with a Table d'Hote Menu.
- Dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. with the A la Carte.
