Once we found Sorbigliana it was wonderful but the driving instructions from the website were very frustrating. The first exit off the main highway had been renamed. It took an additional 1/2 hour of driving in the wrong direction to figure this out and turn around. Descriptions and road directions on the website make sense for those familiar with the area but do not work for those who are new. Driving distances would be a great help as there is no indication of how long we should have been driving in a particular direction. Using restaurants as landmarks is fine but it is useful to know when to start looking for them.

Our flatwas wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony was a rare treat and the location of the villa was perfect for our day trips into the surrounding country, cities and towns was perfect.
Once we found the location, it was all that we were hoping it to be.

the owners were very gracious, friendly and helpful.
On our finale night, some other guests were very loud and disruptive into the early hours of the morning.
While beyond their control (and we know they tried to calm the other guests) the owners procurred a bottle of local wine for our lack of sleep. This was a kind and gracious gesture.

The locale should really be emphasized. We could not have been more centrally located to explore Tuscany.

Directions assume we were arriving from Florence. Directions from Pisa would help.
Appt Pini had already been taken when we arrived! The first offer was unacceptable for disabled; the second was much better
...
The rooms were very noisy if guests were moving about upstairs (tiled floors!) otherwise very nice. Generally the apt was poorly equiped. As the apt was for 4, I would have expected 4 sets of everything. There weren't even 4 wine glasses - and in Chianti country! A coffee jug & kettle would also have been appreciated.
