• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we don't provide it.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we usually settle the bill at the check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  It can be at the ground floor or at first floor. There is also an apartment equipped for disabled people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One apartment has a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is (6x12). Normally in use from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Castelfiorentino or at Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At Castelfiorentino (4 km) you can find grocery stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are our vineyards, which you can visit.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 35 km Florence, about 35 km Siena and about 70 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelfiorentino is 4 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At Ortimino, on the main road to arrive to Sorbigliana.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
