Accommodations
|
 Altogether there are nine properties at the farm. All retain the traditional rustic style with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Some have open fires and all have nice bathrooms and central heating. Furnishings throughout are in keeping with the traditional style which is mostly rustic in character. Each property has its own outside area with garden furniture for eating outdoors.
The large farmhouse is divided as follows:
Ginestre - sleeps 2+2:
A lovely first floor apartment reached by a shared internal staircase at the front of the house. Entrance door into beautiful dining room/kitchen with stovetop and fridge. Great views from the window to the pool. Pleasant sitting room with double sofa bed. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower, basin, wc and bidet. |
 Giaggioli - sleeps 2+3:
Up the same internal staircase as Ginestra but lodged a little bit higher in the building, this very cosy property has all its windows at the rear of the house with beautiful views over the countryside. Large sitting room with double sofa bed, one single sofa bed and comfy chairs. Great dining kitchen with typical Tuscan fireplace, stovetop and fridge. Large double bedroom and bathroom with shower, basin and wc. A door from the bedroom leads out onto a delightful, covered terrace ideal for eating outdoors and from which you can enjoy the super views. |
 Olivi - sleeps 6+2:
Approached via its own external staircase at the front of the house the accommodation is all at first floor level. Entrance into sitting/dining room with kitchen area (stovetop and fridge) and large Tuscan fireplace. There are three bedrooms - one double and two twins - all well furnished and with good views. Two extra put-up beds can be supplied on request. Bathroom has shower, basin, wc and bidet.
Sangiovese - sleeps 2+2:
Another first floor property reached by its own staircase. There is a pleasant sitting/dining room with sofa and single bed. Open kitchen with stovetop and fridge. One beautiful double bedroom and bathroom (shower, basin, wc, bidet.)
Casciaio - sleeps 4+2:
Entered by a door at the front of the house, this ground floor accommodation has an attractive sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen (stovetop and fridge) and two single sofa beds. The large double bedroom is tastfully furnished and there is a further bedroom which can be used as a bunk room or as a twin on request. The double room is accessed through the second bedroom. Bathroom with shower, basin wc, bidet. |
 Pini - sleeps 4+2:
Approached via its own staircase from the garden at the back this property is all at first floor level. There is a beatiful sitting/dining room with a double sofa bed, large Tuscan fireplace, open kitchen with hob and fridge. There is also second entrance to this room as the house is built on a sloping site making this level the ground floor on one side. Two bedrooms - one double and one twin. Bathroom with shower, basin, wc and bidet. There are great views from all of the rooms. With its level access this property may suit those with mobility difficulties.
Olmi - sleeps 4+2:
This ground floor property which retains much of its original shape forms part of the smaller farmhouse adjoining the owners summer accommodation. Entrance leads from its own small garden area into a large sitting/dining room with double sofa bed and comfy chairs. Well equipped breakfast kitchen with great views has four gas rings, two electric plates, oven and fridge/freezer. A spiral staircase gives access to an attractive open galleried twin bedroom. One double bedroom on the ground floor and six steps lead down from the sitting room to the bathroom which has shower, basin, bidet and wc.
Cipressi - sleeps 2+2:
Charming house with a lovely sight, situated near the swimmingpool and composed by a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchenette, a livingroom, a terrace and a private garden. |
