• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: anyday from midday.
  Check-out: anyday by 9.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Weekly price per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  It depends on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet. We suggest you our trilo apartment with 2 balconies and bedroom on the top floor.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are 5 apartments with balcony and 5 with loggia.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are 5 apartments with balcony and 5 with loggia.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each of our apartments has a dining room.
  During summer time there is a large patio where guests can dine all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. Ask the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a 14x7 m swimming pool equipped with sunshade, sunbeds and chiars. It is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a large internal parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports. Or at Autocarrozzeria Floriano in Empoli.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery store 300 mt far from the residence.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. Surrounding the Residence.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  All are about 50 km far from Residence S.Maria.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montaione, 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa, about 50 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino, 15 km far from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we are proud to have some of the best Tuscan restaurants nearby (you can reach them even on foot).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
