We arrived late so that was why we werent met at reception! Arrival directions could have been a bit clearer( as in the property is directly opposite a large restaurant which could have bee mentioned)

We had reserved another apartment but it was much smaller than we thought so the lady at the reception gave us a bigger one which we are very thankful for.

Everything was very nice but too little light in kitchen over the stove and sink.

It is a wonderful place with excellent facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

everything was explained fully. We were given maps and information leaflets about the area. We were advised that if we required any assistance at all, to only ask.

We especially liked the pool area, and the quiet area nearby for relaxing. Air conditioning was very welcome.

I would emphasise the accessibility to other larger towns- we travelled by train to Rome an easy journey. Siena only 40 minutes away.

An ideal holiday destination to relax and take time to visit some of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Excellent accomodation, with access to restaurant on site, or by delivery (which we used and was very good). Great pool and nice walks. Not really for those people looking for entertainment.

The direction 'fattoria San Lorenz'' on the main-road was not very clear. It was difficuld for us to find the place, in spite of our navication.

We expected to have daily room service. Not to have that was a little disappointed.

Point out that there is NO room service. Otherwise it does not meet the expectation. To know that clearly when booking could help to be prepared for.

I think the appartment we got was not worth the price agreed. Lamps were broken, doors did not close and so on. As the airco did not work we got a good discount and that price is reasonable, but I would not like to pay more than that, even with an airco that functions currectly.
In addition, I think the quality of the restaurant should be improved. It is very convenient to go to the restaurant, but we were hugely disappointed by the quality.
The pool on the other hand, is absolutely fabulous.
