The farmhouse "Fattoria San Lorenzo" is located along the "Aurelia Antica" and is immersed in 450 hectares of the farm's own fields, but only two kilometers from the Cathedral of Grosseto. Bordering the river Ombrone, the mouth of which provides the setting, along with the Monti dell'Uccellina, of the splendid Parco della Maremma Nature Park, from the farmhouse it is possible to smell sea breezes from the coast situated just nine kilometers away.
Fattoria San Lorenzo is composed by two residence, Tenuta Livia and Le Capanne, which are 900 m far one from the other. Please note that guests must check-in at Fattoria San Lorenzo - Tenuta Livia in Via Aurelia Antica 50 corner with Strada del Pozzino. |

By Train: Railway station in Grosseto at 3 km.
By Car:
- from Florence, take the a1 motorway towards rome and exit firenze certosa . at the roundabout take the first exit signposted siena- poggibonsi - grosseto to join the firenze siena superstrada (ss). Follow signs for siena then grosseto. exit grosseto sud and after approx. 4 k.m. you will arrive in grosseto. Follow signs for ippodromo (racecourse) pass under bridge and turn left following the street. at the roundabout continue following signs for ippodromo - principina a mare. pass the ippodromo on your right hand side and after 1.5 km you will find Fattoria San Lorenzo Casa Livia reception in Strada del Pozzino.
- from Pisa, follow the green signs for livorno and the a12 motorway, direction grosseto/roma. at the end of the motorway join the s following signs for grosseto. Exit grosseto sud and after approx. 4 k.m. you will arrive in grosseto.
Follow signs for ippodromo (racecourse) pass under bridge and turn left following the street. At the roundabout continue following signs for ippodromo - Principina a Mare. Pass the ippodromo on your right hand side and after 1.5 km you will find fattoria San Lorenzo Casa Livia reception in Strada del Pozzino. |
