Note: For Comment #2. We could not find the apartment, and did not know we had to see someone @ the Information area who had the keys to the apartment. That would be my only suggestion to add to your web-site. We asked a store owner, who was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. After that no problem.

We enjoyed our stay very much @ Luca's House. We did have the opportunity to meet him, as I was not sure how to run the washing machine, so he stopped by to help out. Very hospitable.

Positively a beautiful view from the balcony of the Tuscan countryside. Very good restaurants, pastry shops etc. in San Gimignano.

During our travels, we met many people, and told them of our wonderful stay in San 'G'.
Will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. We had a wonderful time and stay in San Gimignano. Also close to Florence, Sienna & Volterra, all of which we visited.

Very poor instructions about where to park - especially as it was a public holiday when we arrived and couldn't get parked anywhere for 45 minutes. The guy at the reception in the Bureau de Change was quite annoyed I had parked in the main car park but I had no option! Instructions should also have made it clear that I could take the car to the apartment to unload luggage - no mention of this. The guy at reception took us to the main door of apartment and then disappeared very quickly so that he didn't have to help with luggage up the 3 flights of stairs - very uncivil bearing in my I was there on my own with my elderly parents!

I don't want the parking issue to overshadow our stay. It was a beautiful apartment and I loved San G. Location was fantastic.

Only more thorough instructions on parking and the fact that you have to pay for parking if you don't want a long walk to the apartment.

I loved the apartment and its location. The views over Cisterna Piazza were wonderful and then to also have the balcony with stunning views over the countryside was a real bonus. Very comfortable apartment - would definitely recommend it - just beware there are a lot of steps to get there!
