By Car from Florence: Take the Autostrada del Sole (A1) and exit at FIRENZE-CERTOSA. Take the FIRENZE-SIENA motorway link. Drive for about 40 minutes to the exit for COLLE DI VAL D'ELSA (Nord). Head to Colle di Val d'Elsa CENTRE (3Km), Follow the signs for VOLTERRA. Drive alongside the beautiful medieval walls of Colle and as you leave the town you will come to an ESSO service station on your left. Continue straight towards CAMPIGLIA (3km) in the direction of Volterra. At the far side of the residential area of Campiglia lies the entrance to Casa Vacanze Sisti (with a clearly visible sign).
By Car from Siena: Take the SIENA-FIRENZE motorway link. Exit at COLLE DI VAL D'ELSA (Sud) at 25Km. Head to Colle di Val d'Elsa town centre. Follow the signs for VOLTERRA. After 3 Km one reaches the first houses of Campiglia (outlying district of Colle di Val d'Elsa). The entrance to Casa Vacanze Sisti is the first road on the right before the end of the climb. There is a clearly visible sign at the entrance. |
