The house has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on second and third floors. Kitchen/dining and sitting rooms are on the ground floor. The sandy beaches of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore are 30 minutes away and so are Lucca and Pisa. |
 The nearest towns are Camaiore just one km down the hill and Pietrasanta only 5 km away.
