The Albergo Sette Querce is situated only a few meters from the historic centre of San Casciano dei Bagni, a medieval village that overlooks the southern aspects face of Monte Cetona. Nestled on a high plateau between the Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana, the hotel is only fifteen minutes by car from the highway exits of Fabro (going north from Rome) or Chiusi/Chianciano (going south from Florence).

In a 30 to 40 minute drive, you can reach other splendid Tuscan and Umbrian hill towns and villages famed for their art, architecture and wine production, among them Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Orvieto and Cortona. Florence and Rome can be reached in 90 minutes by train or car.

How To Reach Us
 
By car from Florence: enter into the highway A1, Rome direction, and exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. Once outside By car from it turn left Sarteano direction, when you enter into Sarteano turn left at the second crossroad, then outside Sarteano turn left at the next crossroad. Now it's sufficient following this road for 14 km as far as San Casciano dei Bagni. Journey time about 2 hours.

By car from Rome Fiumicino Airport: enter into the ring-road as far as the highway A1, Firenze direction, and exit at Fabro. Once outside By car from the highway turn soon left and at the following crossroad turn left San Casciano dei Bagni direction. Follow this road for 8 km, when you reach the next crossroad (there is a IP gasoline station) turn left. Get even straight through a little village called Piazze, after 6 km you will reach San Casciano dei Bagni. Journey time about 2 hours.

By car from Siena: take the (statal road) SS 2 also called CASSIA, Rome direction, going even straight you will find along the way a little village called Ponte al Rigo, get through it and once crossed a little bridge you will find a big crossroad, turn left for San Casciano dei Bagni. Journey time about you 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The town of San Casciano dei Bagni is at a distance of 20 minutes by car from the highway exits.
The train station of Chiusi Scalo is about 20 km away.
