• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night, tax included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included served in the room or in the common terrace.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer you settle the bill at the moment of check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors, without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Sure, every room is different to another and with private entrance. There are some very romantic rooms with four poster bed and some with bathroom with Jacuzzi, but we suggest for romantic nights or honeymoon guests to book the Landscape suite on the top of the building with it's private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, behind the building there is a terrace direct on to the woods.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Junior Suite 104 has a small balcony and the Landscape Suite has a private roof terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each suite has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct line in each suite.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No but just 1km from the Hotel there is a new Thermal pool with natural hot water.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, attached to the hotel there is a big free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We suggest to rent a car at the airports of Pisa or Florence or in a big city, the nearest AVIS is in Chiusi, about 20km far from the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, just a few meters from the building.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, nearby you can find more than vineyards, there are olive-groves, chestnut woods, and a forrest where you can seek for mushroom in the Autumn.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 130km, Pisa about 190km, Rome about 160km, Arezzo about 80km, Perugia about 45km, Siena about 80km through the panoramic Cassia road.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are just at the entry of the village of San Casciano dei Bagni.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence or Rome Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Chiusi Scalo, about 20 km far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but less than a mile away, there is the newly renovated spa and beauty centre of San Casciano.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not inside the property, but the restaurant Daniela is just next to the hotel Sette Querce.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
