• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No elevator in the building, but only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartments have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not a telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air-conditioning is available without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments or houses are indipendent, there is no common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes at the recpetion.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a wonderful swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Montepulciano-Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are 3 supermarkets in Montepulciano, 4 km.

  Yes, we have vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 200 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Our swimming pool has a jacuzzi corner.

  No, but there are many good restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, only from the reception right now.
