By car from Florence: from the A1 highway Milan-Rome, exit at Firenze Certosa and follow the indications to Siena on your right. At the end of the free motorway, continue towards Perugia-Arezzo. Exit at Rapolano Terme, pass the town of Rapolano and then follow directions to Asciano. Drive approximately 3 km and on your right you will see an abandonated brick furnace. Keep going 300 m ahead, on your right, on the top of the hill is Podere Scurcoli.
By car from Rome: from the A1 highway Rome-Milan exit at Valdichiana, take the SS.326 and then the SS.438 towards Rapolano Terme. Pass the town of Rapolano and then follow directions to Asciano. Drive approximately 3 km and on your right you will see an abandonated brick furnace. Keep going 300 m ahead, on your right, on the top of the hill is Podere Scurcoli. |
