• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily price per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The rooms prices include buffet breakfast. Apartment are self-catering (no breakfast included).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms can be on the ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, there is a nice swimming pools in the property.

• Where can we rent a car?
  At the farmhouse.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a grocery stores located in Scansano 2,5 km from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 150 km from Florence, about 100 km from Siena and about 100 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Scansano 2,5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes (on request).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At Scansano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Grosseto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes. Please note that access to the Spa is possible only for people older than 12 years.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, upon request and extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes from the apartments and hotel hall (not from the hotel rooms).
