The address was probably good, but impossible to find without asking to some native. A plan would have been very helpfull.

It's a typical tuscany villa, in a good state, on the top of a small hill, very quiet, in a parc with olive trees and cypresses and a nice swimming pool. It's a central place to visit by foot or by car renowed tuscany villages like Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano and so on.
