From North Italy: motorway A1 exit "Firenze Certosa", then highway ("Superstrada") towards Siena. Then take the "Cassia Vecchia" (SS2) towards "BUONCONVENTO". At the crossing to Montalcino, take the direction towards "TORRENIERI". From there, continue on the "Cassia Vecchia" (SS2) until you arrive at the sign "Podere Scannelli", which is on the left hand side. Continue for about 2.4 km until you arrive at the residence which is up a narrow unsealed road.
From South Italy: motorway A1 exit "Chiusi-Chianciano Terme" until the crossing to "S. QUIRICO D'ORCIA" and follow the directions until you reach S. Quirico d'Orcia. From there follow the "Cassia Vecchia" (SS2) and after about 3 km, on the right hand side there is a sign with "Podere Scannelli". Follow the street for 2.4 km until you arrive at the residence which is up a narrow unsealed road. |
