• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are Villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are particulary quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the Villa has a court and the whole House is surrounded by a huge green park.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the Villa there is a TV satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a spacious room (with fireplace).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 september. In different period at request.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the Airport of Florence or Rome.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Torrenieri (4 km) or in S. Quirico d'Orcia (7 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  130 km, 40 km, 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  S. Quirico d'Orcia: 7 km, Pienza: 13 km and Montepulciano: 20 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in "Torrenieri" towards Siena.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chianciano Terme, 25 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. They are some fitness center in some near Thermal Villages.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our Tuscany cook can arrange breakfast and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry.
