The courtyard arrival at Saturnia is very special where the staff very promptly and politely manage the baggage and park the car. We felt rescued (from the outside) and welcomed. The special Saturnia experience starts there. Within minutes we were in our lovely, spacious rooms and within a few more minutes beside the pool. You and your staff do an outstanding job of handling that wonderful transformation. I will hold other spas and resorts to your standard.

Our rooms (112 and 115) were directly over the lounge and the music from the nightly performances was loud enough to reach our room and disturb our sleep unless we left the air conditioning on all the time. This was the only time the rooms weren't quiet.
The staff in the restaurant was excellent and handled our needs flawlessly and with charm.
Small touches like the basket of delicious apples were certainly appreciated.

The accounting for my check-out was a little complicated and the desk staff handled it very quickly and precisely, and I had the documentation I needed.
The car was waiting for us and we were quickly on our way.

Please feel free to share my personal opinion and comments with Terme di Saturnia.
We especially enjoyed our walk from the Terme up to the town of Saturnia to do a little sightseeing and shopping. The walk is stimulating exercise and Saturnia is a delightful hill town with some special highlights - the town gate with Roman road, the church and the piazza. This walk and the routing might be better promoted and described in a brochure provided by Terme at check-in.

The Terme di Saturnia is a very special place that deserves a 2-3 day stay on any itinerary of Tuscany. The total experience is truly unique. It is a perfect place to recharge one's personal batteries in the middle of a three week tour of Tuscany and Italy.

the natural sources and pools are quite hot and they have a strong sulphur smell all over the place. When it is already hot outside the additional hot pools are not just refreshing.

quiet, wonderfully situated in the Tuscanny countryside, not so easy to reach from the motorway. Ideal for a stay in spring or summer, when you like to do something for your health.

THis is a great place to relax. But it is definitely for older people. We felt like in a sanatorium.
