• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2.00p.m.(or earlier on request).
  Check-out: before 11.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the B&B accommodation, Pinuccia and Umberto welcome you warmly each morning with of freshly baked bread, jam, local cakes, biscuits, honey, yogurt, genuine fruit of trees in the garden. Breakfast is not included if you hire the entire villa.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes for B&B. No for the villa rental.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if desired, otherwise at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No. There are French windows with railing.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Rustico Giusi has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the house is a non smoking place, but we tolerate those who smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are 2 TV-SAT in the living room and in the kitchen for B&B.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  It will be available from 2006.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Gallicano, 5 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 95 km, Siena 140 km, Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Molazzana and Gallicano in Garfagnana.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa, 62 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus service nearby therefore your own car is essential.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gallicano, 5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are some restaurants and pizzerias nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, this is not possible.
