 The estate San Vito in Fior di Selva produces vintage wines and extra virgin olive oil following the old tuscan traditions and the modern techniques of «Organic Cultivation», meaning that all products are grown without the use of artificial chemical substances. |
The estate has been producing since 1982. As a guarantee for this, the produce is controlled by the A.I.A.B. (Italian Association of Organic Producers» and I.F.O.A.M. (International Federation of Organic Agricultural Movements). |
 On the property also lie four old farmhouses which have been restored and converted into apartments for farm holidays with swimming pools and a beautiful restaurant. The farm also has its own shop selling products from the farm and the offers the possibility to take guided tours and go wine and olive oil tasting. |
