• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2pm until 5pm.
  Check-out: between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our American Breakfast is included in the rate. It is served in the the restaurant each morning from 8.00 a.m. untill 10.00 a.m. You can enjoy hot drinks and juices, coffee, caffè, cappuccino, hand-made cakes, biscuits, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, corn flakes, jams, bread.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All accommodations are on the ground floor or on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Il Frantoio cottage has particularly quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and towels once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No. But there is a big garden with chairs and tables.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All apartments have TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Individual climate control. Free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is our restaurant open every night but monday
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at Malmantile village there are food stores (closed on Sundays).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have our vineyards and we organise tours in our farm
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 15 km, Siena 90 km, Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Malmantile 2km, where you can find a bank, a post office and various shops.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 10 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montelupo Fiorentino (8 km) or Empoli (15 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
