Farm Holidays
On the Estate four farmhouses have been restored and converted into apartments for farm holidays: the "Podere Casanova", the "Podere la Querce", the "Podere Frantoio" and "Podere Bellosguardo":

Guests can choose between weekly apartment rentals or daily room rentals.

Fully furnished apartments. Indipendent heating. refrigerator, electric range, electric oven, cooking utensils, safe. Bathrooms are all provided with shower box.

Podere La Querce
A two-floor country house restored in 1993 with great attention given to comfort and the aesthetic appearence maintainig the traditional Tuscan country style. It is composed of five apartments: Apartment TRIFOGLIO consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen/living-room and a double sofa-bed. It is located on the ground-floor with a private terrace. Apartment BAMBU' is composed of one double bedroom, a kitchen/living-room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower. It is on the ground-floor and has a private terrace. Apartment LA ROSA has one double bedroom, a kitchen/living-room with fireplace and single sofa-bed a bathroom with shower. Apartment LE RIGHE located on the first floor, has a double bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor the main double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room with fireplace, single sofa-bed and a loft with two places to sleep. Apartment ADRIANA is on the first floor, has two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room with fireplace and a double sofa-bed. A swimming-pool (6x12 mt) is at the guests disposal.

Podere Frantoio
A country house with just one apartment, LILLA, was restored in 1985. It is composed of one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed. Private terrace. The CASA COLONICA is composed of 7 double rooms with bathroom, living room, kitchen with fireplace. Private terrace. (Opportunity of booking a single room, too, without reserving the whole house). At guests' disposal the restaurant and the swimming pool located at Podere La Querce, at about 300 mt.

Podere Bellosguardo
A country house with just one apartment, BELLOSGUARDO, was restored in 1999. It is composed of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room. Private terrace.
