 The estate is composed by a residence and a hotel.
Hotel Sant'Uberto
The hotel disposes of 19 rooms which offer private bathroom, satellite TV, direct telephone, fridge with mini-bar and private parking. Our guests can enjoy the 25m swimming pool with diving board. Children have their own pool or can use the well equipped play area. All rooms and public areas are furnished in a traditional elegant style using local chestnut wood. The service is accurate with familiar respect. |
 Residence Sant'Uberto
The residence is located within the complex of the same name and shares with the hotel its central services. The original building, first used as the headquarters of a kaolin mine, has been restored and divided into seven apartments. Each apartment looks out onto a nice view and has a private parking place. The apartments are composed of a living room with a sofa-bed for 2 persons, a bedroom with a bed for 2 persons and a bathroom with a shower. We have also an apartment for 6 persons (2 bedrooms with a two-person bed and a sofa in the living room). All apartments include cooking facilities, fridge, satellite TV, telephone and central heating (from October till March). Some apartments have their own private terrace.
You will have the use of the swimming pool for adults and the swimming pool for the children (from 15 May till 15 September), the park, the playground for the children, the gym and the sauna. |
