• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm to 12.00 am (Midnight).
  Check-out: within 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes the breakfast is included in the price of the room, but please note that the price of the apartments do not include breakfast although this can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast which inludes: milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cornflakes, muesli, fresh fruits, cheeses and sliced ham, salami, homemade cakes, yogurt, assorted jams, honey, pastries, essentially all that is needed to make a continental, international breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes the heating is included in the price of the room.
  Please note that the price of the apartments do not include heating although this can be provided at a small additional cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes all linens and towels are provided by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes some rooms and apartments.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes some rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a TV in all the rooms/apartments. There are international channels like: CNN, BBC World, CNBC, Ard, Sat 1, Zdf, TV5 France, Eurosport, etc.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No but it is not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one in the village of Radda in Chianti at
  5 km.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is. Our swimming pool is 15 meters long and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes a private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are in the villages of Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 km, Siena 20 km and Pisa 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti at 5 minutes by car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Castellina in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Monteriggioni-Castellina Scalo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes there is a sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many high quality restaurants around the property that I can recommend to you. The first one is only 200 metres from the Villa.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
