 Immersed in a Park of centuries-old trees and surrounded by vineyards of the famous Chianti Classico wine, Villa Sant'Uberto is an oasis of peace and quiet. Villa Sant'Uberto is the ideal choice for peaceful vacation in close contact with the unspoiled nature but of course with also all the modern services that a person would expect from an Inn. The presence of beautiful and large terraces allows one to admire the unique countryside, that spreads from the woods and vineyards to the distant mountains of Florence area.
Breakfast Room: the buffet Breakfast is served in the living-room of the main building or, weather permitting, on the terrace under the portico. The buffet offers a choice of milk, tea, coffee, orange and grapefruit juices, cornflakes, muesli, fresh fruits, cheeses and sliced ham, salami, homemade cakes, yogurts, assorted jams, honey, croissants, essentially all that is necessary to have a continental, international breakfast. |
 There are also a service Bar at disposal of the guests and two panoramic Terraces that overlook vineyards and olive groves.
Swimming pool: a large and beautiful swimming pool 16 x 08 metres, with big umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds, surrounded by an exclusive natural setting is available for the relaxation of our guests, who will enjoy many memorable sunsets by the pool. Open from end of April to October. |
 Gardens: an immense Italian garden in front of the main entrance of the Villa where you can enjoy the wide variety of colourful flowers and plants. Another large garden is positioned on the other side of the Villa and faces the pool.
Parking: a private closed Parking is available exclusively for the guests of the Villa. |
 Trekking: There is a quiet park in the property. It is the ideal place to organize beautiful walks around the villa, through olive groves, vineyards and woods.
Concierge service: Maps can be supplied, Restaurant reservation, Cultural
information, Wake Up service, swimming-pool towel hire, etc.. The Reception desk is at guests' disposal for suggesting itineraries, guided tours, cooking classes and wine tours in the Chianti Classico area. |

Daily tour: Villa Sant'Uberto is an ideal start place for daily tour in Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Monteriggioni, Arezzo. 20 minutes from Siena, 35 from Florence and San Gimignano, and just over an hour from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
In the village of Castellina in Chianti which is at about 3,5 km from the Villa, there are supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, newsagent, pubs, restaurants, banks, stores, dry cleaning laundry, several wine shops, an internet point and a church. Also in the village of Radda in Chianti (5 km) the guests can find every kind of service they need: groceries, shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, church, bars, wine shops, tobacconist, restaurants and an internet point.
Bank & Change: you can find various banks in the villages of Castellina and Radda in Chianti with ATM machines, as well as Change services.
Restaurants: At only 400 metres from the estate there is a restaurant. There are many high quality restaurants all around the property and all offering typical Tuscan cuisine.
Petrol Stations (24 hours Service): there is a petrol station in Castellina in Chianti and there are various self service stations in the surroundings.
Horse back riding: very near to us there are riding centers for guided riding through the countryside and where you can take lessons (for beginners too).
The Palio: Don't forget about the Palio, the world famous medieval horse race that takes place every year on 2th July and 16th August.
Wine tasting: On request we can suggest wine tours & visits to some close Chianti Classico's cellars where our guests can assist to wine production processes.
Spa centres: In the surroundings it is possible to reach Thermal centres and beauty farms.
To play golf... The most exclusive golf course in Tuscany, the Golf Club dell'Ugolino (with 18 holes) in Grassina is far only 35 minutes from the inn.
Montgolfier excursion: On request montgolfier excursion start from not very far away from the Inn. This is a special way to appreciate Tuscan Landscape flying over different areas such as Chianti and Crete Senesi, it will definitely be unforgettable. |
