  There is one floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One apartment has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The TV is on request and we have no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, every apartment has its kitchen with a dining area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there an internet point in the office-reception, you can use on request at extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming-pool usually open from April till October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, an open parking area is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport, or in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a big supermarket in Greve in Chianti (2 km from the property).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, very near.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 25 km.
  Siena: 45 km.
  Pisa: 80 km.

  Greve in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we can arrangement.
