 The complex "Il Borgo-La Torre" is composed by four buildings which have been renewed preserving the original 18th century structure. All buildings face the garden, where there is also the big panoramic swimmingpool (7X14 meters) and the porch with the barbecue always at guests disposal. The apartments are 16 in total.
Apartment Cellole: 2+1 guests - Ground Floor (40 mē). The main entrance is characterized by a wide arch leading to a beautiful sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette with an original 18th century marble wash basin, fridge and electric stove. The big bathroom is with shower and is decorated with a wide wooden mirror from the 19th century. The double room is furbished with antiques: canopy bed, drawer, chiffonier and arm chair are from 19th century. A secondary door leads directly to the swimmingpool.
Apartment Chianni: 4+1 guests - Ground Floor (75 mē) The main entrance faces the garden in front of the swimmingpool. It is composed by a sitting room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with fridge and electric stove. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The unique pieces from 19th century which characterize the furnishing harmonize with the rustical stone walls.
Apartment La Torre: 6+1 Guests - Ground Floor (165 mē) - The main entrance leads to the living room with kitchenette characterized by the original 18th century marble wash basin. All windows face the swimmingpool and overlook the beautiful surrounding hills. The two double bedrooms and the twin room with original stone Floors have ensuite bathrooms with shower and are furnished with elegant 18th century wrought-iron beds.
Apartment Cusona: 2+1 Guests - Ground Floor (40 mē). The living room and kitchen area is characterized from the the original 18th century marble wash basin and it is equipped with fridge and electric stove. The bedroom has a big double bed with drawer and chiffoniere with an elegant mirror from the 19th century. Wide bathroom with shower and wooden decorated mirror.
Apartment Luiano: 2+1Guests - Ground Floor (40 mē). Main Characteristics of the kitchen area are two unique pieces: the old wooden stove and the copper wash- basin. The living room is very luminous thanks to its wide french-window and has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with red-bricks and a sofa bed. A wooden stair-way leads to the double room with a wrought-iron bed and to the bathroom with shower. |
 Apartment Libbiano: 4+1 Guests - Ground Floor (80 mē) A warm big fireplace characterizes the living room and harmonizes with the kitchenette and with all the 19th century furnishing. The apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Apartment Larniano: 4+1 Guests - Ground Floor (80 mē) This charming apartment has been built on the ancient walls of the main tower and has two double bedrooms. One of them has a beautiful canopy wrought-iron bed. A small private courtyard faces the street and a private porch overlooks the swimmingpool. The living room area has a sofa bed and a kitchenette with electric stove.
Apartment Santo Pietro: 8+2 guests - Ground Floor (185 mē). This is the biggest apartment of the whole complex. Up to ten persons may confortably sit around the marvellous fire place. The living-room area is furnished with 19th century pieces and has two sofa beds + a kitchenette with electric stove. Four double bedrooms, one with a wrought-iron baby cot. Four the bathrooms.
Apartment Olsatia: 4+1 guests - Ground Floor (80 mē). Living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The apartment is characterized by the ancient stone walls and the 19th century furniture. Bedrooms are two, one with a wrought-iron baby cot. Two the batrooms.
Apartment Tuscia: 4+1 guests - Ground Floor (80 mē). Living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with 19th century furniture. Two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and two bathrooms.
Apartment Brabancia: 4+1 guests - First Floor (80 mē). The living room area is characterized by the 18th century marble wash basin and by the 19th century furniture. Two bedrooma (one double and one twin) and two batrooms with shower.
Apartment Svevia: 4+1 guests - First Floor (80 mē). This apartment has a beautiful private terrace offering a relaxing view on the surrounding hills. Living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms.
Apartment Linari: 7+2 guests - Ground Floor (105 mē). Great arc windows characterize all the rooms of this great apartment, with kitchen, separate livingroom (with double sofa bed), private porch, three bedrooms (two doubles, one triple), three baths. Ideal for one great family or a group of friends. Splendid the furnishing, with 19th century unique pieces.
Apartment Cedda: 6+1 guests - First Floor (105 mē). This apartment has been built on the old hay-barn and has a comfortable living room with 19th century furniture and a wide kitchenette. Three are the double bedrooms with bathrooms. The biggest room, characterized by the huge wooden bed from the 19th century, is called "Bishop's room" and has also a single sofa bed and a small wrought-iron child bed.
Villa Coiano: 4 guests - Ground Floor (85 mē). Splendid and unique, this villa has glazed walls that allows an exceptional view over the hills. Refined the furnishings, intimate the two bedrooms, each with private bath. Kitchen corner and small terrace.
