Francesca was there to greet us and take care of us wonderfully throughout our stay. ... Loved it! One thing I would recommend is to let the guests know of walking paths in the area. Francesca told us of several that we used, and other guests might appreciate a writeup or map of these. ... I've told many friends already that it was a marvelous country inn, located perfectly for exploring Tuscany. Its amenities were just what was needed, and its English-speaking personnel greatly helped us.

Everything nice even more than expected. They even switched on the sauna just for me!! ... Exceptional room with incredible old fasioned yet very functional shower room. Many nice details, wonderful garden to sit in quiet. ... Thanks for immediate help (staff - all of them!!) in solving a little problem with my clothings. ... Friendly staff. Nice garden. ... One of the nicest places I have ever stayed, with staff that force You to come again.

The outside of the building made the six of us very nervous - they need to make it look more inviting - take that 'hotel' sign down and fix the outer appearance. The inside was a relief, however, anxious moments were encountered by the looks of the outside. ... Once you get inside, it is a lovely, charming facility that we would recommend and return to in the future. The staff was friendly and extremely serviceable and dedicated to customers enjoying their stay.

I would like the restaurant to be open 7 days a week (it was closed on sundays). ... A very nice hotel in Tuscany, beautifully built in connection with an old house, with very nice rooms.

The restaurant was open one out of five days. The menu is not appropriate to a 4* hotel.
Lightning is poor (low level)in the room, reading is difficult. ... The internet connection should be a standard facility in a euro 120 room. In order to pick up my e mail (ususally 2 minutes work) I had to go to the reception, get a printed voucher and had to go through a log in procedure. 2 minutes becomes 15 minutes and you need to pay for the extra work! The annoyance is more in the procedure than in the extra money. internet is very slow by the way. ... opening of the restaurant ... Lovely hotel, spacious room with a good bed, very kind staff, poor kitchen that seldom opens.
