 The Country Hotel Borgo Sant'Ippolito is situated next to the XII century Romanesque church of Saints Hippolytus and Cassiano, after which has been named and a meticulous restoration has transformed it from an ancient monastery and farm-house into a warm and comfortable four star boutique hotel. Great care has been taken during the refurbishment to maintain the architectonic structure also with the use of original masonry thus enabling us to transmit to our guests that flair and charm of an old Tuscan farm-house. |
 The Hotel provides rooms of best quality standards, all elegantly furnished with modern comforts. The Restaurant, which overlooks the courtyard, offers a refined cuisine based on traditional, national and seasonal Tuscan dishes and a wine selection including the most renowned wines of Tuscany. Two fully equipped Meeting Rooms with natural day light which can cater for up to 50 persons, are at our guests' disposal. At the Hotel you will find a modern Fitness Centre with sauna, overlooking the garden. |
