• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 7.30am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are to be intened per room, per night and inclusive of VAT and services.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast is always included in our room rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian are currently spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has no lifts. Being an historical building it was not possible to do large structural changes. Rooms are mainly located on the first and mezzanine floors. Only two superior rooms, with canopy bed, are on a lower level. We also have two rooms for disable guests with easy access, located on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and romantic. We offer rooms of different sizes. Each room is unique for its interior decoration.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms overlook the courtyard and have tables and chairs by the entrance.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, none of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are supplied with satellite and pay-tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have a telephone from which you may direct dial.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are provided with air conditioning. No extra charge is due.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, each room is provided with Internet-outlet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We still have no swimming-pool although it will be ready by the end of 2006.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Large parking space is available in our property for which there is no charge. We do not have a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The Reception will be happy to help you in booking any type of car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Montelupo Fiorentino.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. At the Reception we can assist you in booking wine tastings in the nearby farms.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 15 min (18 km).
  Siena is about 1 hour (55 km).
  Pisa is about 50 min (43 km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The town center of Montelupo Fiorentino is only 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is approx. 20 minutes away (24 km) while Pisa is less tha 1 hour away (45 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We still do not have a shuttle service although we will be happy to be of any assistance in organizing any transfer or pick up.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus-stops in the surrounding.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The neartest railwaiy station is in Montelupo Fiorentino (2 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The Hotel provides a fitness center with sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our restaurant, which overlooks the courtyard, is opened for dinners only. Booking is kindly requested.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you may connect your laptop in your room.
