A very clean, poolside, fully-equipped ground floor apartment with views through an olive grove to a vineyard from both bedrooms. Extremely cheerful and helpful hosts, from the cleaning staff to the owners. Located conveniently near the Tuscan hill towns of Volterra, San Gimignano and Monteriggione and 20 minutes from Siena.

In a peaceful, beautiful location amid vines and olive groves, it is pure tranqulity. The ideal base for a slow paced Tuscan vacation.

The directions. It was very very difficult to find and we stopped two people along the way. This property is on a quiet road but this road is sign-posted to another village so the directions could have said eg turn left on the road sign posted..... Instead I believe it stated, turn left just after you have left Gracciona?

After travelling long a cypress lined drive, these apartments are within a beautifull setting with wonderfull smells from the surrounding trees.The pool is wonderful, slightly disappointing that early morning swims (7.30 - 10.30) were not available as this is when it was cleaned.

The bathroom was very small and out-dated. The appartment was in a former stable and the bathroom was placed where the cows or horses in the former days used to drink form. This part could be more cleaned. For the rest it was a wonderfull quiet apparment and we enjoyed it very much

A very nice cosy place, which is very central located in Tuscany from where you can visit the main points of interest. The staff is very friendly, don't expect much luxury in the appartment like a dish-washer, microwave or something like that.

We arrived early so did not really expect somewone to be there. We sat on the patio and relaxed with a bottle of wine while we waited. No problem!

No dish washing soap and no dish cloth provided. Rather sparsly equipped for cooking. Very small refrigerator.

Very attractive setting and a quiet location.
