 Borgo Santinovo is an old medieval village of the 1400th century, in ancient times was a nunnery, recently restored with accurate care in order to safeguard all the charme of the typical architectural structures of that period: staggered roofs, porticoes, terraces, stone walls and practicable spaces scattered through the buildings. |
Borgo Santinovo, completely immersed in a huge green nature, is the ideal place where possible to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The whole village is encircled by vineyards and olive groves, and is located on a plateau in the heart of the Chianti area, among the Sienese hills. The four dwellings are immersed in a park of 6.000 sq.mt. composed by mulberry-trees, pines, oaks and cypresses. |
The park comprises a nice 11x8 mt. swimming pool and a solarium are equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas where our guests can relax in a quite and regenerating atmosphere. |
 Inside, the dwellings keep their authenticity with typical and comfortable furnishings, cotto floors and wooden beams ceilings, maintaining the savour and the colors of bygone days, although they have been totally restored and refurbished for today's modern needs. |
