The lovely swimming pool: 11x8 mt. completely immersed in the park.

Solarium: equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas where our guests can relax in a quite and regenerating atmosphere.

The villa is surrounded by a park of 6000 sq.mt. composed by mulberry-trees, pines, oaks and cypresses, running across the whole estate, ideal for walking and enjoy the absolute peace of nature.

Borgo Santinovo is located between two of loveliest medieval towns of our region: San Gimignano and Volterra, 25 km away from Siena and 40 from Florence, not far from Certaldo, Boccaccio's hometown, and from Castelfalfi, Montaione and Gambassi Terme, gracious little towns, mounted, as precious jewels, in the green hills of an unequalled countryside.
