 Re-built in the 1606 entirely in local stone, the house itself probably dates back to the same period as the famous Saint Antimo Abbey, 12th Century church distant only 0.5 km. Great care was taken to maintain the original structure intact while providing complete modern comfort. The house is furnished with with original Tuscan pieces of high standard and presents that beautiful combination of modern efficiency within the perfect maintenance of a historical Tuscan ambiance. |
 There are wood beamed ceilings, with washed walls, many stone walls and cotto floors.
Privacy and silence are the distinguished features of this house. Located in a picturesque valley the house is surrounded by about 4.000 sqm of private grounds which are partially fenced. |
 The grounds are planted with fruit trees, olive trees, some vineyards, woods and many aromatic plants. Parking is on property grounds near the house and the road is accessed with by a gate with electronic opening (the gate's remote control will be provided to guests on arrival). |
 There is a 7x10 mt. swimming pool that is carefully tended by a gardener who comes regularly. The spacious garden is well kept an equipped with furniture. The house is situated only 1 km from the medieval village of Castelnuovo dell'Abate and 9 km from Montalcino with all shops and facilities. |
