• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per Villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes it is a very romantic place.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning in the rooms, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  More than one.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Only in our office.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The pool is 7x10 meters and it is open from May until September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is one own parking place in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Siena, Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 120 km, Pisa 180 km, Siena 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelnuovo dell'Abate.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montalcino.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Buonconvento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed in the house, under your complete responsibility for da ages, bites or scratches.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is the owner's private Restaurant open upon request for our guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
